On-line eingecheckt aber bei der Bedienung wusste ich nicht wo anstehen und wer vor mir war - ich wurde von einem Mitarbeiter zum Anderen geschickt . Etwas ein Durcheinander . Sonst eine nette aufgestellte Bedienung trotz der Hektik . Es war viel los am Sa, 28.1.25 .

Ich habe euch einen Wunschski als Referenz angegeben, den ich gerne mieten wollte. Zu meiner Überraschung habe ich genau diesen Ski erhalten, was ich echt super fand! Personnel didn’t check my snowboard in. After first slope the binding crack so I had to get back to change it. When I wanted to return snowboard couldn’t find me it took a little while but with reservation they made it.

The overall experience was very good. Everyone was very nice and very great to work with. The only issue we had was our rentals were not ready when we got there but that also might have been due to us being a day late to pick up because we had train troubles. Overall I would highly recommend renting with Intersport. The convenience of the location of the shop in Grindelwald terminal and the quality of the equipment was unbeatable.

We bought the ski test option, because we wanted to buy our own pair of skis. Jan, that was working there proved to be quite knowledgeable as his thoughts on how certain skis would behave proved correct when I experienced them on pistes. He was also very patient with all the questions and settings. Apart from him, Martina was very helpful when my partner needed her boots replaced.

The equipment can be collected from 16:00 on the evening before the first rental day and returned either at the end of the last rental day or before 10:00 on the following day.
