Sehr professionelles Team bei Menzli Sport in Disentis welches trotz des sehr hohen Kundenaufkommens in der Nach-Weihnachtwoche immer alle prompt und freundlich bediente. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung nachdem ich mich entschieden habe Skischuh zu kaufen anstatt zu mieten obwohl der Betrag bei Intersport Rent schon bezahlt wurde.

Alles in allem war das Angebot gut.
Da wir nicht sicher waren ob wir beide Tage fahrwn werden haben wir für 20CHF eine Storno Versicherubg gebuct. Bei der Reservation wurde diese mit 2.50 CHF pro Tag und Person ausgewiesen. Als wir am ersten Tag bei der Anmietung am morgen von der Stornierung für den 2 Tag gebrauch machen wollten, sagte man uns man könne nur vir dem ganzen Miete stornieren.
Diese Information ist bei der Reservation nicht klar. Hätte ich das gewusst hätten wir keine 2 Tages Buchung vorgenommen.
Aus meiner Sicht ist das nicht korrekt und ich werde nächstesmahl sicher nicht mehr über Internet buche und Vorkasse bezahlen.

Bünda Sport Davos war ein tolles Erlebnis! Sehr schönes Geschäft, die Bikes waren topp, alles war vorbereitet und die Abwicklung war unkompliziert und professionell. Everyone in this shop is genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. George helped me pick the perfect bike and even the perfect color of helmet! He then let me drive around outside until he was satisfied I knew how to operate the e-bike (it’s been awhile). I downloaded the recommended App for the right trail. Beautiful day and great people!

Das Brett war zu kurz für mich: mir wurde 163cm lange Board gegeben, obwohl ich 187cm hoch bin. Es wäre super, wenn die Online Reservierungen komplett unabhängig von Offline abgeholt werden könnten. Sonst alles gut, das Brett von Salomon ist cool.

CANCELLATION OPTION
Be on the safe side and have full flexibility! Book the Cancellation Option for CHF 5.- and have the option to cancel your reservation free of charge up to the day before the start of the booking. We only keep the CHF 5.-, the rest will be credited back to you. Further information can be found in the terms and conditions under point 10.
The equipment can be collected from 16:00 on the evening before the first rental day and returned either at the end of the last rental day or before 10:00 on the following day.
