The overall experience was very good. Everyone was very nice and very great to work with. The only issue we had was our rentals were not ready when we got there but that also might have been due to us being a day late to pick up because we had train troubles. Overall I would highly recommend renting with Intersport. The convenience of the location of the shop in Grindelwald terminal and the quality of the equipment was unbeatable.

We bought the ski test option, because we wanted to buy our own pair of skis. Jan, that was working there proved to be quite knowledgeable as his thoughts on how certain skis would behave proved correct when I experienced them on pistes. He was also very patient with all the questions and settings. Apart from him, Martina was very helpful when my partner needed her boots replaced.

Considering the volume of customers coming in and out of the shop, I was extremely satisfied with the service. My boots required changing twice as the size wasn't quite right and this was handled professionally and quickly without hassle, will strongly recommend Intersport rentals to anyone...

Ich habe nur ein Snowboard ausgeliehen. Leider war bei ihm die Bindung für meine Schuhe viel zu groß. Bemerkt habe ich es erst, als ich schon weg vom Intersport war.
Das war für mich als Anfänger echt nicht gut, da ich so kaum den Berg runter gekommen bin, ich aber runter musste, um mit dem Lift wieder zum Intersport zu kommen.

Great service from the team and really nice to deal with. They were very helpful in sorting hire equipment and swapping items such as skis and boots during the week as conditions changed. Would thoroughly recommend inter sport Saas Grund - very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough to make our ski trip as enjoyable as possible. Well done team!

I would get here 2 hours before your ski lesson if there are 4 people. We were late to our ski and snowboarding lessons. Very great people helping us get our equipment. French is spoken here and very little English, but we had fun gathering our necessitites.

Haben gekriegt was reserviert wurde. Nur mussten wir beim abholen ganze 30min warten, weil die zwei älteren Angestellten hinter der Kasse nicht gecheckt haben, wie sie ein zusätzliche Hose für mich zu meiner Reservierung hinzufügten, um die ich gebittet habe.

Kristina was super helpful and kind! Very patient as we asked SOOO many questions. She was very thorough to be sure all of the equipment and boots fit properly. Would definitely recommend.
It was our first time in the area and very overwhelming. Super easy to get to the lifts, buses, trains, and cable cars. Maps are a must and was glad Kristina handed a map to each of us!
