Very well treated by the staff, they were super friendly and helpful. English was a plus and it was very amazing that they didn't even think twice before changing the language. Rented boots and staff were super flexible when I told my first boots were a little too small and helped me right away. Highly recomend the store. The whole McBoard and Intersport mix by the website was a little tricky, though. Felt like I needed to search around for some time till I was able to rent from McBoard itself. Other than that, it was super easy after booking. Came there, showed my reservation and went off Snowboarding in no time. Keep it up guys, big respect.

Great service and it was wonderful to have the option to return equipment at any of your store locations. This option allowed us to ski at different locations and enjoy a full day on the slopes. I had paid for the ski rental in December. But somehow this was not communicated with the Ski Rental in Scuol. I had my confirmation on my phone so they took a picture of that. I just wondered why this was not found in my account. In Saas Fee last November it was all OK. Thank you.

Speziell praktisch bei der Skimiete bei Central Sport in Wengen ist, dass die Skis oben im Skigebiet (Bergstation Männlichen) als Testski 3x gewechselt werden konnten und somit ein direkter Vergleich der einzelnen Skimarken (und deren Eigenschaften) möglich war. So ist für die nächste Ski-Miete ein optimaler Entscheid der Ski-Wahl möglich.

Der Skiurlaub im Januar 2026 war wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Jeden Tag Sonnenschein und gut präparierte Pisten auf Parsenn und Jakobshorn. Wir hatten auch wieder viel Spaß auf der Jatzhütte. Dem Team vom Angerer ein herzliches Dankeschön für die Ski mit den scharfen Kanten, so dass sogar die steile Besenbinder-Abfahrt ein Kinderspiel war.

The store manager, I believe she's the young woman, was very polite and accommodating to the customer's requests, especially very small ones. I would advise her staff to adopt the same approach, as treating a customer poorly and superficially is enough to keep them from coming back. Thank you.
