Ich gab am Sonntagnachmittag zuerst Ski, Stöcke und Helm zurück, erst später die Schuhe. Das Geschäft war gut besucht. Deshalb musste ich 5 Minuten auf irgendjemanden warten, das war ätzend. Da habe ich die Sachen kurzerhand einfach hingestellt und gesagt: „Dies ist zurück, mit dem Rest komme ich später.“ Kurz fragen, worum es geht, wenn jemand in den Laden kommt, erwarte ich von einem Sportgeschäft. Rückgabe ging ja fix und dann stehen auch weniger Kunden im Laden rum.
