I really appreciate that you let me switch skis on a few different nights to try wider or shorter skis the next day. I felt my ski edges were very sharp as I skied on the hard packed snow!
I also really like the depot storage each night.

Helpful and friendly service. We only booked an off-piste kit for 3 days. Apparently the online booking differs from the one in store so that created some confusion but in the end we got an amazing Ortovox backpack included which wasn't mentioned on the website. I would definitely return!

Die Online-Reservation dauert nur kurz und ist selbsterklärend. Am Montag war ich keine 5 Minuten im Shop und konnte dann mit dem Mietmaterial auf die Piste. Alles einwandfrei, speditiv und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank!

We walked in on day one of our winter holiday to try and understand how possible it would be to just pop in and hire equipment for a day.
The guy who helped us couldn't have made it any easier and the next day we did exactly that.
The whole process took about 15 minutes and we were off and skiing. 👌

My skis were taken by someone else at the top of the hill. I am sure it was an error, but it left me without skis. I called your shop and they were AMAZING. They didn't blame me, and worked out a solution. I went to another location, got new skis adjusted and was on my way. Seamless. Thank you!

Alles war super. Einzig etwas verwirrend war für mich, dass bei der Buchung nicht sofort ersichtlich war, dass es zwei Sportgeschäfte an unterschiedlichen Standorten gibt in Engelberg mit dem gleichen Namen.
