The staff was very friendly, helpful and tolerant, he deserves all the credit! The equipment was not that good, binding was broken in the middle of vacation, it is a serious safety issue, even if "it happens"- the shop must evaluate its equipment by dissmissing overused equipment after certain amount of rental uses (lets say 10 or 15 times or whatever may concidered reasonable). It is easy to follow that data on the computers, since every rented part is coded.
