I suppose it is better for rental customers at the time of ski rental to guide to check-in first. Because it is the first required procedure, takes some duration to register and some people are just waiting in line at the reception not conducting check-in.

I pre-booked premium skis but the choice available in the shop, Graf, on the evening of 28th December was very limited; there was nothing really suitable in my preferred makes or, in particular, my preferred length of 155/156 cm or even 158. I took away a pair of quite stiff Head 160 skis but was unhappy with this and changed them first thing the next morning for Salomon 160 skis. I skied on these for a day and they were OK but I was not entirely happy. So I called in at one of your other shops, Kaufmann, and they were very helpful and swapped my skis for Salomon 155 cm which I skied on for the rest of the week and they were very good. The facility to change skis at any of your branches is very helpful, and it is the only reason why you do not get lower ratings. But it should not be necessary, as your shops should hold more stock (as one of my childern found they did at Skiset).. The young female assistant I spoke to first in Graf was very pleasant and tried to be helpful, but was clearly not very experienced and did not fill me with confidence; the first pair of skis she offered me were 163 or 165 cm, despite my having explained to her my preferred length.
