Sehr kompetentes und freundliches Personal, zumindest der 1. OG bei dem Skiverleih/Verkauf. Uns wurde mit unserer Ausrüstung sofort geholfen und einfach erklärt, wie die Ausrüstung funktioniert. Bin grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden und komme sehr gerne auch wieder.

Gute Organisation von der Übergabe des Fahrrads bis zur Rücknahme eine Umbuchung meinerseits um einen Tag war überhaupt kein Problem. Gute Kommunikation über E-Mail-Kontakt auch ein ausleihen des Netzteils,um das E-Bike neu zu laden war problemlos möglich.

I paid for the highest level option for ski rental, and asked for freeride or all-mountain ski. The assistant advised on all-mountain because local conditions would mean it was the best option. Unfortunately, the length of ski was too short for my height and weight. On top of that, local conditions would have suited freeride skis, because there was about 20 cm of fresh snow. I had to go to the bottom lift station to change skis after a couple of hours. The freeride skis were much better. The recommendation in the shop for the first skis was poor advice.

I ended up renting from the location at the base of the gondola, not the one I had reserved at. It was super easy to make the switch once I arrived and realized my mistake.
