Toujours très bien mais on a eu besoin pour une nuit à titre exceptionnel de laisser une paire de ski dans le magasin pour le récupérer le lendemain et on a été assez étonné de devoir payer 5 francs suisses On aurait apprécié que ce service exceptionnel et spot soit gratuit Bien cordialement

Nice people great servce

All great. However, when I returned all equipment, I did not get a receipt, also not by email, which i think would have been appropriate to avoid any possible misunderstandings. I asked for it but was told it was not necessary. All very friendly, and indeed it wasn’t, but what if a mistake had occured somehow? Thanks and until next time.
