Our group of 7 had a great renting experience. Philipe was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely rent here again on our next trip to Switzerland.

There was initially a little confusion at the store due to the different equipment rating system used by "intersport" (words like "premium") and the store itself (colours). However, these were quickly resolved and the staff at the downtown store, and the store by the lift, were all super friendly and helpful. The equipment too was better than found in some past rentals we've done. All in all a very positive experience.
