Bikemiete INTERSPORT Zermatten Sports Crans-Montana

The more senior store manager didn’t seem to enjoy his job - he was efficient but transactional toward me and my 5 year old. It stood out as everyone wise we met in Crans Montana at stores restaurants, our hotel etc were extremely friendly. It’s a missed opportunity as the store location is excellent.

The person who served us initially was exceptional. Friendly and patient and the gear we’d hired was all ready and he was happy to help check and change things. A great welcome to the resort. Another man (perhaps the store manager) seemed stressed at times during the week about storing kit in the store and was a little gruff, but understandable considering how busy they were.
