I booked and payed for my ski and boot rental off you for the wrong shop I booked ot for zermatt Switzerland but I was supposed to get them for tignes France is there any way of recouping my money

We were very pleased with the ability to try on ski gear and to be charged only for what we used. Because snow in town was less than hoped, we returned our gear early and were refunded the difference. Very convenient for us to try skiing and snowboarding without prior experience.
