Even though the rain forced the gondola to shut down and my dream of skiing the Alps never happened, the total experience was sorth it. The ski host as well as Entersport and Julen Sport staff were exceptional. I hope to return to Zermatt to fill my dream. You all were incredible. Thankyou.

Everyone at the rental shop were so friendly and helpful.
I forgot to bring something and I was able to come back next morning to return it with no recharge at all.

My family has varying skill levels and your staff promptly addressed each members needs and provided recommendations on how to best start out on Zermatt. Your efficient staff had us in and out in 15 mins and the return process took even less time !
