You would have received 5s rather than 4s if our already-paid and filled out forms/reservations were gathered and ready for pickup, and not ask us each question that we already took time to fill out in the form -- all he had to do is pull up the form. There wasn't a line, so I expected our gear would be ready. He was fairly timely in gathering it all, but we shouldn't have had to verbally tell him all the answers that were in the profiles we filled out in advance of the rental... could have been more efficient in that regard. Super nice, knowledgeable guy and good fit on the equipment which was of good quality. Thank you!
