Das Brett war zu kurz für mich: mir wurde 163cm lange Board gegeben, obwohl ich 187cm hoch bin. Es wäre super, wenn die Online Reservierungen komplett unabhängig von Offline abgeholt werden könnten. Sonst alles gut, das Brett von Salomon ist cool.
Would be nice to know what snowboard shape will be hired beforehand or have an option to choose board shape

It was quite difficult to make changes to online reservations in store. It was pointed out that we were speaking to the manager and he was quick to point out that there wasn't anything he could do to make changes if we'd booked online, which we had.

Good location in the center of St Moritz... People who work there is so kind and helpful... I come here two years in row... Equipment is excellent, especially this year... I am satisfied... Head Ski boots is new like i'm buy it yesterday... I am good skier and Rossignol ski that they give me is with excellent performance and good for all slopes... All recommendations for rent

When I arrived at the store 30 minutes later - everything was waiting for me and the process took no time at all - VERY impressive.

Ich habe mich kurzfristig entschlossen, Ski zu mieten. Die Daten waren bereits vom vorletzten Jahr gespeichert und ich erhielt ohne grosse Wartezeit die passende Ausrüstung.Die Bedienung war trotz grossem Kundenaufkommen sehr kompetent und freundlich. Ich werde gerne wieder kommen ;-)

Staff was friendly when I came in to pick up my rental. It was busy in the morning and there was a wait but understandable. The bindings that I received with my snowboard rental seemed a bit worn out.
