Yes. We REALLY appreciate that you reimbursed us the cost of our daughter's ski's, helmet and boots because she was ill the whole week and never even picked them up. It was not your fault she was ill and unable to ski and we are impressed that you did this and therefore we will be using your pre booking service again next year.
