I was very pleased with everything! The bindings did the job, But it was the only component that I would consider was below the premium upgrade I purchased. The toe strap came undone 2xs. So I had to keep close eye on it. Other wise it was a great experience I will use your gear again!

Hallo, ich bin Stammgast und Stammkunde und miete jedes Jahr an Ostern die Ski bei euch. Leider gab es ja wetterbedingt dieses Jahr an Karfreitag und Ostersamstag keinen Skibetrieb. Da kann keiner was dafür. Allerdings habe ich von den Titlis Bergbahnen zwei Tageskarten für die kommende Saison aus Kulanz erhalten. Von Intersport habe ich leider nichts bekommen und bleibe auf den Kosten sitzen.

Our rental period was over 30-31 March. On 30 Mar there was severe wind and the lifts were closed. As we were unsure whether the bad weather would continue over the next day, we requested to cancel our booking entirely.
The staff were very accommodating to this request, and offered to refund us in full with no questions asked. In the end, we were able to ski on the second day.

I brought my children for their first skiing holiday and was very impressed by the care, knowledge and kindness of the staff. The service was also fast and efficient. 4 kids fully equipped and out the door to ski school in 20 minutes. My own equipment was great, best boot fit I've had, and the skiis really flattered my skills.

Ihr seid immer top!. Das Team und Personal ist immer sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent. Das Leihmaterial ist immer in sehr gutem Zustand und angemessen an die individuellen Bedürfnisse. Da habt Ihr bei uns seit über 25 Jahren noch nicht einmal falsch gelegen.

Es war merkwürdig, dass ich die Ski zwar reservieren konnte, beim Abschluss der Reservation dann aber bereits zum bezahlen "gezwungen" wurde. Ich habe diesen Schritt dann nicht gemacht, und prompt war im Geschäft dann auch keine Reservation vorhanden.

Quand tu oublies tes chaussures de ski (randonnée) pour une journée prévue et que tu trouves Intersport sur place, au pied du parking et des remontées mécaniques, c'est le top du top. Et en plus tu trouves une équipe de vente accueillante, du matériel parfait et un prix avantageux, la classe à Grindelwald! Ma journée a été sauvée en 15min! Je recommande vivement. Et merci à toute l'équipe Intersport.

reservation and friendliness were exceptional.
I only have two issues
1. The skis I was given weren't top quality for touring. they weren't specialist off-piste and were heavy and not very wide.
2. I decided to buy ski-boots from you and i wasn't refunded for the cost of the ski-boot hire I paid for.
